ePlanet Communications Inc. was founded in August 2003 by Mr. Trent DeGroot and Mr. Asadullah Khan. ePlanet Communications was later also established in London, UK and Karachi, Pakistan with the vision that we shall make it one of the best companies in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry. Our immediate target now is to establish an Call Center & Software House in the Philippines and Egypt for Middle East Market by the mid of year 2009. We can currently accommodate 600 Agents in our Head Office which is based in Orem, UT USA and 150 Employees in Karachi, Pakistan. The Company has, at its disposal, state-of-the-art technology enabling it to undertake Call Blending, Call Monitoring, and Coaching, Multi Channel Communications (Chat, E-mail, Fax, and Voice Web Call).
