Hiring for IT Business Developer with a focus on WordPress Web development on Upwork especially.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development & Online Bidder to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have an analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Candidates who are self-starters, self-disciplined & must be committed to their success are highly preferred.
Please Note that this is not a Remote position you have to come to the office
1. During Probation Job will be Full time Onsite
2. After Probation - Minimum of two days in a week (Onsite @ office in Tajpura Lahore)
3. *Night Shift (from 8 PM till 3 AM)*.

Working in any software house or IT-based experience - Preferred
Working knowledge of Web Technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, Content Writing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google ADs, Hosting etc.) - Preferred
Online Bidding Experience on Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn - Mandatory
Excellent English Writing and composing skills (Full Dependence on Chat GPT Is strongly discouraged) - Preferred

Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in BS or MSc in IT/CS/SE
2+ years of Proven experience in winning projects on Freelancing Platforms.

Expert knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing
Understand the client communication nuances and ability to convert leads
