Job Description
* Assist with monitoring the status of inter-company financings to ensure compliance with terms, timely renewals, and identification of need for additional facilities
* Assist with co-ordination, negotiation and/or preparation of all required documentation for group financing facilities; new, amended, extensions, deletions, draws and repayments, offers and acceptances, as well as determining and obtaining required approvals and signatures
* Prepare/review day to day funding activities; draws / repays / interest computations and related payments
* Assist with the co-ordination and/or preparation of group equity capitalisations, redemptions, dividends and distributions including determination of amounts, necessary documentation and obtaining required approvals and related signatures and compliance with accounting and legal jurisdiction rulings
* Assist with providing support on significant events; internal restructuring / acquisitions / disposals and liquidations
* Prepare/assist with overseeing and reviewing the internal financing vehicles; budgets / cashflows / board report presentations / documentation and compliance
* Challenge and analysis to aid decision-making and help deliver the strategy
* Assist with managing complex projects from reviewing and defining processes through to execution
Qualifications and experience required:
* Relevant degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting major or relevant professional designations (CFA, ACCA, ACMA, ACA, AMCT or other Treasury qualification)
* Experience of working in progressively challenging treasury/finance environment
* Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization
* Self confident, approachable and a team player

* Initiative - think critically and act logically to evaluate situations and generate required steps to ensure success
