Madcap Media Inc. & Active TV Networks are looking for 2 Search Engine Optimizing and Marketing Experts (SEO) to work comfortably from home for a canadian based company.

We specialize in social networks / online education websites, we haves several website partnerships and require growing those using seo and marketing methods. We are a canadian company and have offshore employees all around the world working fulltime with us. We currently have a director of animation who is based out of Lahore and a Senior Web Programmer who is also based out of Lahore. They both telecommute while having flexible work schedules.

We offer salary based on qualification and expertise. Candidates should demonstrate their SEO ability and expectations and should have sound knowledge and following skills:

A business or marketing degree or can demonstrate experience
2 years experience minimum (web/software/media industry prefered)
Familiarity with social networking and bookmarking sites.
Keywords research/analysis and finalization
Capable of meeting the deadlines and punctual.
Knows How to design and optimize Title, Meta Tags, Heading and Alt tags
Content and pages optimization according to keywords
Understanding of how search engines and websites work
Make changes to a website to improve its ranking on Google, Yahoo!, using Dreamweaver,ftp, etc.
Promote a website on blogs, forums and wikis
In PPC Campaign management (Ad words, Overture etc)
Good interpersonal skills, good english language knowledge
Analyze the number of visitors to a website and their activity on the site using web analytic software
On page optimization (Complete)
Off page optimization (Complete)
Directory Submission
Social Bookmarking
Social Networking
Social Media Marketing
RSS Feeds
Proficiency in coding with (X)HTML/CSS Web standards.
Proficiency with applications used to develop for the Web.
Proficiency with cross-browser and cross platform web design.
Attention to detail.
Strong understanding of how web design correlates with SEO.
Proficient in project managing and working directly with clients.
Ability to create, direct and multitask effectively under pressure.
Ability Research new leads, qualify, and communicate through CRM software if required.
