Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control within the manufacturing industry.
