Job Description
1) Talk to customer leads daily on closing of new sales.
2) All the sales are by whats app management and then phone calling.
3) Walk in customers attendance and explaining the appliances.
4) Managing stock out inventory and movement analysis of what to restore as per inquiries an sell out
5) Happy calling all old and new customers.
6) Keeping in touch with customer
7) Maintain sales documentation copies and delivery orders
8) Coordination with invoicing team, delivery team , installation team and service team
9) Coordination with 3rd party installing team in AC
10) Maintain weekly sell out report in excel and presenting monthly retail consumer inquiry pattern to the product team for planning supply chain of reordering and developing new products
11) Should be knowledgeable in customer service properly for Home appliances.
12) Having proper knowledge of Air conditioners| Washing machines| Dishwashers| Refrigerator| Televisions general home appliances
13) Emailing & what’s app & Instagram & Face book communication skills and usage skills must
14) Should be very comfortable to adapt and get trained on new communication technologies and customized CRM
