Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company and responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning selection procedures, and developing strong talent pipelines for the company’s hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social networking websites and during events
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview candidates inperson for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
• Host and participate in job fairs and campus events
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented
* Support with HR processes and duties as needed
Skills:
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Must able to work with computer and extended hours of sitting
· Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task as needed
· Work well in a team and Independently prioritize work with good time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH
Education and Experience:
· Intermediate or Bachelor
· Good to have 1 year experience in recruiting experience
