• Manage social media properties (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest etc.), including daily
monitoring, posting, and content deployment.
• Prepare status reports on social media efforts and success rates.
• Design the Social Media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media team, and ensure that the appropriate media
techniques are implemented and integrated into the company products.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that Social Media strategy is headed in the right direction.
• Contests and campaigns, creative input, starting up and monitoring.
• Deal with customer feedback, support queries, and execute appropriate actions.
• Manage change and incorporate Social Media into the corporate culture.
• Work with the Product development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date.
• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where
appropriate.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
• Adhere to brand standards and project objectives.
• Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Other responsibilities as defined by Project Manager.
