Job Description
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidates can use their charm to engage potential customers and increase B2C sales through canvassing and outbound calling. We also welcome applicants with experience in B2B sales. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services. (Detailed product knowledge will be provided).
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Informing the company of recurrent product-related queries that warrant addressing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
Computer literate.
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
