Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage our Daraz store, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
Regularly update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our Daraz store.
Optimize product listings for search engine visibility (SEO) and implement advertising campaigns as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance the store's performance.
Manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or stock outs.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and increase turnover.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce, especially with Daraz, is preferred.
Strong understanding of Daraz's platform and policies.
Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
