Job Description
Manage Technical support calls and client end requirements and Manage warranty claiming procedure (RMA).
? Provide servers and storage technical support includes dell power edge servers Rack and Blade etc.
? Provide Technical help to client for their infrastructure and system queries.
? Supporting a large number of users across several sites. Including many remote laptop users and Top executives. Encompassing a wide range of hard and soft skills such as within the Windows and MS Office environment, remote access, Servers, laptops.
? Carried out various PC rebuilds and software installations.
? Hardware Experience a mix of HP and Dell.
? Deployment of VMWare and Microsoft based application.
? Deployment of Linux
? Provide Technical consultancies to the client.
? Provide Technical help to client for their infrastructure and system queries.
? Deployment of hardware and software.
