Sales representative will make field visits in the allocated beats (Punjab, Sindh, KPK) and screen and select new/ prospective clients on the basis of criteria provided by the company. After strict client screening, the representative will make sales as per the decided policies of the company. Moreover, sales representatives will be responsible to boost up the sales with already running dealers/ clients on the basis of company policies. Also sales persons will be fully responsible for the recoveries of his field/ beats sales so as to be eligible for monetary incentives.
