Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to manage product listings on Alibaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately uploading, updating, and maintaining product information on our Alibaba storefront, ensuring all listings are optimized and compliant with platform standards.
Responsibilities:
Post new products on Alibaba with accurate titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
Edit and update existing product listings as needed.
Ensure all product information is clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
Monitor and manage product categories, tags, and attributes.
Coordinate with the content and design teams for accurate media and data inputs.
Maintain a consistent and organized database of all listings.
Track and report any issues or errors on the Alibaba platform.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Alibaba or other e-commerce platforms.
Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
Good command of English (written and reading comprehension).
Familiarity with SEO practices and e-commerce terminology.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills:
 
Experience in product data entry for international e-commerce platforms.
Graphic editing skills (Photoshop or Canva) for image resizing or minor edits.
