Female Telemarketing Intern

Job Description:
Beacon Excellence Academy is looking for motivated Female Telemarketer Interns who are current students or recent graduates. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in telemarketing within an educational setting, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound & inbound calls to introduce and promote academy programs.
• Answer questions about courses, fees, and schedules in a friendly, informative manner.
• Record call details and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads and assist in the enrollment process.

Requirements:
• Currently studying or recently graduated, ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging approach.
Interest in learning sales and customer engagement techniques.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM is a plus.
