Understand and get trained for the sales/purchase related to real states industry
Demonstrates and give a presentation of real estate projects as deemed necessary by clients and management
Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
Answers questions from clients with accurate market information
Stays up to date with market prices and development updates of real estate project
Finds ways to sell real estate in the face of a down market
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Creates meaningful texts and messages to engage the target audience
Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines and target

Education: MBA, BBA. B.Com, Bachelors in any field with interest and knowledge of real estate industry.
Experience: Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in sales department (real estate)
Salary: Starting RS/- 15,000 + commission (Promotion upon performance)
Fuel allowance depending upon distance
Office Timing: 10am-7pm
