Main task includes Record keeping, deal with clients and society offices, payment record keeping, documents record keeping, receipt and installation record keeping.
• Contact and make relationship with client/customer for the smooth transferring of files and plot in real estate industry, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Collect and ready important data and documents from the client needed for transferring (make transfer sets)
• Make appointments with different society offices and seller/purchasers for transferring (apply for transfer)
• Responsible for fresh booking documentations (filling booking form, apply for booking, and collecting of receipts)
• Visiting societies office for official work (transfer)
• Responsible for delivering, keeping and managing record of all documents/receipts/data for the department (Documents record like files details, receipts, total amount record etc.)
• As for the service/supply relation job employee will be responsible for all the transfer work outside the office ( societies offices), mainly responsible for making transfer smooth, engaging clients for transfer at site, transfer of payments to society offices, collection of receipts, installation payments, files descriptions.
