Job Description

Sales of Dish TV. Make lead and mature the sales Attaining Customer Satisfaction
Close deals
Improve Perception Level of services offered by the company.
Establishing Relationship with the customer.
Provide a customer service by answering telephone inquires timely, accurately, professionally and courteously.Identify and resolve services related technical and billing issues of the customers.
Accurately enter the activity in the database with proper work code.
Continuously adapt technical aptitude and develop customer services skills to improve the quality of services.
Receive the Sales Leads and make successful.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
