Prepare physical layout for all projects and coordinate with project manager to administer and maintain all contracts and purchase orders and prepare an effective work schedule.
Identify and resolve all technical issues in implementation process.
• Manage and ensure all materials in compliance with required quality for all projects.
• Maintain records of all procedures and prepare progress reports for same.
• Design and maintain all technical catalogs and prepare supplier data.
• Maintain knowledge on all contract terms and legal requirements for all projects to avoid any delay in projects.
• Evaluate all projects and recommend various cost savings methods for same and organize and attend various staff meetings on weekly basis.
Key tasks of the job include:
• Managing parts of projects
• Undertaking surveys
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
