We are hiring call centre reresentatives to take calls and respond to emails. We do not require any degree, however strong verbal and written communication in Englsih is essentail.
Responsibilites:
. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
. Accurate data entry and make bookings.
. Respond to customer emails, provide quotations in line with company's communication structure.
Ideal Candidate:
. Strong communication in English, both written and verbal
. Great listening skills
. A patient and empathetic attitude
. Computer literate
. Phone skills, including familiarity with Internet dialing - multi-line phone systems
. Call centre experience is ideal but not essentail. (Full training will be provided)
We operate 18 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10 am to 4am. A variety of shify patterns are available.
Salary 30,000PKR to 40,000PKR - Overtime paid extra
