Essential Requirements:
-- MBA from LUMS/IBA Karachi, or prestigious foreign university preferred
-- About 1 to 3 years work experience
-- Excellent English writing skills
-- Telecom/Electrical (or related) Engineering Degree OR Recent Experience related to Marketing
Job Description:
-- To be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan:
-- Establish and maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is
accessible to various functional groups internally.
-- Coordinate the production and distribution of various communications with outside vendors, such as printers, to meet their
designated due date. Liaison with media and publishers as required.
-- Assist in marketing research.
-- Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, cooperative
advertising requests and documentation.
-- Assist in media scheduling, proofing and trafficking of creative material. Copy writing of articles, marketing materials etc.
Writing and proofreading copy; organizing photo shoots.
-- Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and report results once completed.
-- Events planning, organization and execution.
-- Maintains up to date news regarding the professional sector.
-- Supporting the development of the website. Keep website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.
-- Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to
display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc. Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and
focus groups.
-- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. Customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
-- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications)
-- Create tools for Sales team to help it achieve revenue targets. Managing the production of marketing materials, including
leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVD’s.
-- Liaising with agency, designers and printers.
-- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
-- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
-- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
-- Supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and other colleagues.
