A front office executive is essentially a person who drives the whole company. Not the back bone, but is the nervous system of any organization. The job requires right from scheduling meetings, to appointment fixing, to being the face of company. It is said that a front office executive should have a sense of owing the company, so that they are in full control of how and when things will run, and who will take what impression of the company when going out of the gates of the company. A front office executive is the face of the administrative team. The front office executive helps to co-ordinate between the entire team members of the administrative team as well is also the main co-coordinator between office visitors and HRs. Earlier for this job profile, only female candidates’ were preferred, but nowadays males with a pleasing personality and good communication are being increasingly preferred.
