Job Description

Answer support related email, phone calls, chats
Fluent in written and verbal English
Knowledge of Web Hosting, Trouble Shooting, Domain Registration
Ability to prioritise and manage several open cases at one time
Knowledge of WHM & Plesk & Permissions
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Shared, VPS, Dedicated & Cloud Hosting Servers
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Database server
Server and Web application servers support
Sound knowledge and experience of Linux operating system
Must be able to handle Data backup and restore strategies.
 
Additional Advantages:
Windows & Linux Server Securities & Red Hat Linux 
Have good knowledge of Microsoft outlook configuration and other emails clients/servers configurations.
Knowledge of Cpanel, Plesk, WHM and dotnet panel will be considered as an add on.
Knowledge of Name Servers, DNS, MX Records, A Records
Installation of Windows (Clients and Servers), Email Clients, and other Software
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
