Develops a project plan and deliverables that meet identified requirements by application of or in accordance with accepted Project Management principles (Project Management Body of Knowledge
[PMBOK]). Negotiates with project participants and stakeholders to establish project deliverable definition, task scope, task sequence and schedule commitments in order to maximize efficiency of project plan. Compiles the collection of schedule, earned value and variance analyses for risk assessments in order to develop plans or make recommendations for change. Presents project status to identified project stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and changes to the project. Obtains
recommendations from project team concerning work-arounds, recovery plans, work scope changes, etc. Develops work-around plans; schedules recovery plans, alternative options or scenarios, resource capacity plans or risk mitigation plans, or re-baselines the project, as required. Prepares and presents outcomes, assessments and corrective action initiatives to senior management
