Front Desk Officer

1:- Need to handle all incoming calls and transferring to the concern person.

2:- Take message in absence of concern person.

3:- Handling calls/fax/e-mails

4:- Acting as front desk officer.

5:- Meeting and greeting clients

* Answers incoming telephone calls, investigates purpose, and forwards calls to the relevant persons or department.

* Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when the relevant person is unavailable.

* Provides callers with information about the organization such as address, fax number, phone numbers, etc.

* Receives visitors, investigates reason for the visit and announces visitors to the relevant person.

* When on duty, ensures the reception station is staffed 100% of the time.

* Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Skills Required
Basic Computer Literacy which includes

- Internet (Browsing)

- Email

- Microsoft Office
