Job Description

We CJIS Imp/Exp.(Pvt)Ltd;are authorized regional distributor of French Made watches RENE MOURIS (For more detail please visit us) We are looking for a Professional Executive Secretary.
 
SCOPE OF JOB DUTIES:
Create a long term schedule for the executive
Ensure that the executive attends all important meetings
Manage the executive's phone calls
Conduct any research the executive needs
Make travel arrangements on behalf of the executive
Problem solve any issues that the executive requests
Schedule meetings for the executive
Organize induction /co-ordination for new joiners with office settlement (business cards, access cards, desktop, coordinating induction meetings)
Communicate between the executive and employees
Communicate any cross-functional meeting arrangements with the relevant functions and plan for all the set up that is required.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings with key customers, stakeholders and distributors when required.
Define develop and manage an efficient functional file both in hard copies and soft copies that are vital as per the function management requirements and in line with Record management guidelines.
 
     Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary reporting directly to senior management
Strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English conversation
Outstanding skills of drafting, noting and recording minutes of the meetings
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties
Prioritizing and multitasking approach with ability to work in stress environment
Must have the hands on experience of Microsoft Office and other similar applications
Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the important record in hard and soft form
Maintaining and scheduling the record of daily meetings
Receiving and screening daily mails and incoming and outgoing calls
Ready to perform any additional task if assigned
Expected Start Date: 15/07/2021
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month
