We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who personifies our culture and core values to be a part of our Offshore Recruiting team who would be.
Involved in Full Life Cycle in Recruitment and Sales while Sourcing, Identifying, Interviewing, Screening, Formatting, and placing personnel in quick turn around time in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the Information Technology industry throughout Canada.
Posting resumes on behalf of consultants in various job portals like Dice, Monster, corp-corp, Career Builder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Regular follow-ups with vendors on the feedbacks and interviews.
Negotiating rates and getting the best possible rates for consultants.
Mentor the team to achieve targets and eventually grow with the organization.
Skill Set:
2+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the IT industry preferred
Excellent communication skills, driving cross-functional relationships and establishing credibility within and outside of the organization
Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize a large volume of work, perform independently
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
