Job Duties:
Managing all queries of existing clients.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Resolve problems and assist customers by handling account related inquiries.
Accurate data input and maintenance of client information.
Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.
Timings:
11:00am till 09:00pm (Monday –Friday) & 10am till 6pm (Saturday)
