Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Assist in managing key accounts and identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base.
Lead sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales proposals and presentations.
Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
Mentor and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
