Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists and CRM systems.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall team's success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fresh graduates, as well as undergraduates, can apply.
- Minimum 1-3 months of experience in the call center.
Skills:
Strong and advanced communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary: PKR 25,000 for the first three months, subject to increase based on performance.
