DAI Inc., an international development and project management firm seeks to fill multiple positions in Islamabad and Lahore to support USAID-funded Strengthening Justice for Pakistan (SJP) project. The program will support the strengthening of the Pakistani justice sector. The strategic objective for SJP is to Strengthen the Judiciary to Achieve Progress in Judicial Efficiency, Transparency, Accessibility, Independence and Accountability.
Long- and short-term positions under the program will be based throughout Pakistan, and will be filled by experts in the following technical areas:
judicial and legal reform;
monitoring and evaluation policy reform;
court administration and management;
judicial efficiency;
case management;
common law legal systems;
judicial training and adult education techniques;
comparative law;
public outreach and public awareness campaigns;
Sharia law;
transparency and accountability;
legal drafting; etc.
Candidates with credentials in the technical areas mentioned above are strongly encouraged to apply; work experience as advocates or judges and degrees in law strongly desirable. DAI is also seeking candidates with strong experience in USAID grants management, USAID program administration and financial management, accounting and procurement for administrative positions. Fluency in English is required.
