Required Skills:
o Flexible to work in morning/evening/night shifts.
o Create solutions to address questions about our product and diagnose issues that arise through the usage of software in both production development environments.
o Experience of more than one enterprise system implementation will be a plus.
o Provide technical support via phone, email, web-based chat, and remote access sessions to our customers for deployment and production issues by researching, troubleshooting, and analyzing issues.
o Document cases via technical writing pieces.
o End to end Testing of web- and Windows-based software.
o Communicate effectively both in person and on the phone while maintaining professionalism.
o Think with a clear mind and originate clever and useful solutions.
o Quickly and accurately determine the cause of a complex problem.
o Familiarity with databases; experience with SQL is especially desirable.
o Sound knowledge of .Net platform, VS 2005/2008.
o Team player attitude.
