Looking for highly motivated, highly energetic Call Center Supervisor for our Call Center in Karachi. This outbound call center provides customer service to out clients in the United States. No selling required. The individual should have a bachelor degree with 1 year of experience as a Call Center Shift Manager and three years of overall Call Center experience. Must be Fluent in English. He should be technically savvy to administer call center hardware/software. Must be able to hire, motivate, mentor and train new agents.
