Job Summary:  
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to assist in managing online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Daraz, and WooCommerce, for one of our clients. This on-site role is ideal for someone eager to start their e-commerce career, with a passion for learning and growing in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: 
Amazon:
- Assist in creating and updating product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords).  
- Support in managing customer queries, reviews, and feedback.  
- Help monitor inventory and coordinate restocking.  

eBay:  
- Aid in creating and managing product listings for accuracy and optimization.  
- Assist with order processing, returns, and customer interactions.  

Daraz.pk:
- Assist in maintaining high-quality product listings.  
- Support in processing orders and handling customer inquiries.  

WooCommerce:  
- Help update the WooCommerce product catalog.  
- Ensure inventory and pricing are consistent across platforms.  
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research.  
- Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns.  

Required Skills and Qualifications: 
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Daraz.pk seller portal, or WooCommerce (training will be provided).  
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.  

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required.  
- Basic graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.

- Salary: PKR 25,000 + Incentive
