- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support for personal tasks such as travel arrangements and personal appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactively manage the CEO's daily activities and help prioritize tasks to optimize time.
