Job Description

THIS DEPARTMENT IS CONCERN ABOUT THE SOCIAL ISSUE OF THE EMPLOYEE. 
THEY LOOK AFTER RECRUITING AND EMPLOYEE WELFARE.
THIS DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE AND ABSENT RECORDS.
1. HANDLE LABOUR ISSUES..
2. FACTORY COMPLIANCE AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE.
3. NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION.
4. SALARY SHEETS / OVER TIME SHEETS.
5. HUMAN RESOURCE REQUISITION, TRAINING REQUISITION, TRAINGING RECORDS.
6. PERFORMANCE EVALUTION RECORD OF STAFF/WORKERS (PERIODIC).
7. DAILY REPORTS MUST BE REQUIRED.
