We are looking for a Full-Time Remote Bidder to join our IT agency on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork, as well as some technical knowledge of IT.
Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on Upwork
Write compelling proposals that highlight our team's expertise and skills
Communicate with potential clients to answer their questions and address their concerns
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Manage the bidding process for multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork
Some technical knowledge of IT
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Availability to work full-time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience bidding on and winning IT projects on Upwork
Experience working as part of a remote team
Experience using project management tools
