Provide personal administrative support to the CEO. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Setup CEO’s travel arrangements.
• Maintain CEO’s calendar.
• Prepare and maintain CEO’s expense report.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Meet and greet CEO’s clients and visitors.
• Perform general clerical duties for CEO including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Coordinate project-based work.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and internet browsing skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Telephonic Skills.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information

SALARY RANGE:
25,000 PKR – 30,000 PKR (Benefits: PF, Family Insurance, Lunch)
