Understands, develops and compiles complex incentives for Trade/Shopkeepers, Distributors and Sales Force. Understands development, implementation and working of trade offers, and trade promotional schemes – from rolling out till successful closing within the deadline at office end. Deals with huge/bulk data flow (uploading/downloading customized information to sales force.)
Can effectively communicate/write in English. Have interacted with large sales force, especially with RSM, ASM, and Territory Managers on daily basis and can easily deal with huge distributor network.
