A Reputable Company requires accounts and admin assistant for its office located In DHA phase 6 Residents of nearby locations will be preferred duties and Responsibilities are as under:
Responsibilities
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Write letters and emails
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
**Requirements**
1 to 2 years work experience as an Accounting and Admin Assistant
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and administrative procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Education At least Graduate or B Com
Salary Range : 15-20 K
