e2B Solutions requires a team lead to handle a team of Research Analysts and/ or Academic writers. The individual must be masters with business background and must have the ability to lead from the front. The individual would be responsible to help every team member working under him or her to accomplish their tasks and solve issues that they face during their research. The individual must have good research skills and the ability to do research on a variety of topics.
Main Tasks and responsibilities of the Team Lead would include:-
-Lead the research team including managing, mentoring and developing staff.
-To work on multiple research topics and projects as required.
-To lead projects and take responsibility for successful completion.
-Set and manage performance targets for researchers being supervised.
-Facilitate and help each research writer working under him or her in order to complete their projects.
-Make sure that the projects completed by research writers under him or her are correct and all the instructions are met appropriately.
-To produce project progress reports as requested.
-Collect and submit reports specific to team data as requested.
-Team Leader will facilitate team operations by discussions through the sharing of information and knowledge, identification of teamwork issues, development of problem solving recommendations, and recommendations of standardizing team operations.
-Identify, assign, and followup on work activities of team members under your supervision.
-Serve as a resource and content expert to team members; providing them with guidance and being available to answer questions to clarify the work activities.
-Have knowledge about doing research and different international recognized formatting styles.
-Ensure that each team member feels that their work is valued, appreciated, and meaningful to the success of the e2B Solutions .
Qualification:
-Bachelors/Masters degree with Business background
-Minimum 1-2 years experience of leading the team
-Experience of Research writing and / or academic writing.
-Know how to prepare different types of research reports
-Experience of doing research work or even academic writing work would be a plus.
