Job Description
1- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
2- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
3- Work with Senior Manager Sales & Marketing by tracking, investigating, reporting sales information and resolving problems
4- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
5- Coordinates sales effort with sales management, operations, and company leadership
6- Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services
7- Work with k-12 schools, Universities, Corporate Sector to determine needs and initiatives
8- Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals
9- Collaborate regularly with sales Manager, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement
