Deputy Purchase Manager

Contract management, order management, evaluation and clarification of
commercial and price offer from vendors.
- Responsible for purchasing of equipment and materials of heavy engineering
equipments.
- Vendor Management, authorize supplier invoices for payment.
- Lead all commercial discussions and negotiations with vendors.
- Responsible to lead a team of purchase engineers.
- Coordination with other departments for inputs, like engineering, QC.
- Manpower planning for the department.
- Discuss with commercial and legal departments for any deviations advised by
suppliers.
- Identify training need for the procurement team for improving the skill level.
- Closing Price Offers by proper receiving knowledge

- Supporting the Purchase Manager/Head of Department at all levels and stepping in, in case of his unavailability
