Contacts and sets appointments with new and existing wholesale mortgage brokers.
Able to explain a complex variety of mortgage rules and program requirements to customers and junior staff in a clear and accessible manner.
Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding)
Pre-underwriting loans
Act as liaison between sales and operations staff
Reviews loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
Follow up on funding conditions
Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers
Meet assigned monthly closing goals
Any additional projects/duties as assigned by Management
