Expert Flash Programmer

Ideal Flash Action Scripter is an avid learner who is excited about web application development and wants significant growth potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Flash Action Scripter with between 2+ years commercial experience. You will need to be very creative and innovative with an excellent understanding in the following sectors

* Advanced Flash Programming
* HTML
* CSS
* Photoshop
* Dreamweaver

Good experience in constructing sites to W3C standards and Knowledge of Cross Browser Issues.

Any experience with JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, ASP, MySQL, Joomla (CMS) will be of added advantage but not by any means necessary.

This Flash Action Scripter will also ideally have experience with browser compatibility issues and testing, to ensure that a polish UI has been developed and works across platforms. We prefer a designer familiar with elements of design and usability theory, and broadly, someone who cares about making great interfaces.
