Introduce “Chaaye Sip” Tea Brand in its assigned territory and implement sales strategies, processes, promotions and best practices, marketing efforts and new initiatives across the territory.
Planning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiatives and regularly finding and developing new markets, establishing good and professional relationships with customers, and improving sales.
Ensure achieving sales targets assigned by supervisor on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and submit sales plans and reports to the supervisor as required and on regularly intervals.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns and build brand awareness and positioning in the district.
Ensure marketing materials are compelling, well-written, creative, and aligned with Company mission.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events and representing the company at district level.
