Job Description



We need people who can communicate in English , (speak and write emails to customers regarding their queries) Should be able to multitask according to needs. 2 Shifts available Evening and Night. Fresh candidates are encouraged and will be trained. Applicants will be asked to make verifcation calls, entries regarding these calls, Make calls and send out emails regarding order shipments, queries and complaints.

we do not do Sales so no targets are included but candidates will be judged on performance based on incoming/outgoing and email correspondence.
