Job Description
Energetic Female candidates required for Lahore Office
Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of ISP network infrastructure.
A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
Troubleshoot and configure hardware
Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Field team, field support team, upstream and LDIs to resolve them.
Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with IP/Data/ customers.
Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirement.
Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network systems.
Analyze the processes and recommend improvements.
Work with and mentor team members through professional behavior and knowledge sharing.
Creating SOPs to enhance the productivity of network operations.
BCS , BE , CCNA preffered
