Brainstorm design and implement marketing campaigns for the launch, brand revitalization, market building for Gemco’s product range.
Explore new avenues for brand recognition, market development and sales through implementation of new segmentation, target and positioning of the existing markets as well as extensive efforts to build new customers and new markets for these products.
Implementation of sales and marketing strategies to keep our product range competitive against competition
Organize, participate and arrange marketing and sales activities (e.g. Exhibitions, Road shows) and assist in all sales and marketing related programs / endeavors taken by Gemco.
Achieve excellence in client portfolio building of self and team as per assigned standards.
Identifying new markets of prospective clients and generate leads by telemarketing to achieve pre-assigned self and team targets.
Work on systematic geographic area of the city divided into territories by achieving the pre-assigned self and team targets.
Promoting current Product range to the prospective and existing clientele by using all available media like product catalog, brochure, poster, mail, online.
Maintain up to date record file of call sheets of self and checking team files to be usap to date as well.
Pre-plan for sales meeting and client presentations.
Supporting the new sales person and accompany him / her in the initial calls to closing the sales.
Make strong follow-up calls to build strong relationships meeting the ever changing dynamic customer needs.
Have up-to-date information on price variance / market price of product and competitors.
Generating sales to meet targets assigned to self and team as per management decision
Troubleshooting and installation of products to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Recommending and suggesting the best practices for sales and marketing department improvement.
Arranging sales and marketing exhibition & conferences.
Training the sales team for Sales and Marketing strategies implementation
Evaluation of sales team in liaison with human resources department
