Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
-Introduce our staffing services and gather relevant information.
-Identify and qualify leads for the recruitment team.
-Schedule appointments and follow up on warm leads.
-Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM system.
-Handle objections professionally and persistently.
-Achieve daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.

Salary: 30k to 40k
Timing: 5 pm to 2 am
Requirements: Minimum internet speed of 30-40mbps with a good quality headset and laptop.
