Web Designer

We are looking for people with a combination of design creativity and technical proficiency. Candidates with the under mentioned qualities should apply and preferably share their online and offline portfolios before hand;

1) Creative and original with their designs & ideas.

2) Able to perceive the end results and the limitations well before hand.

3) Should consider these when creating website designs;

a) Visually appealing and brand integration,
b) Sense of colors, appeal and selection,
c) Multiple browsers,
d) GUI,
e) File size optimization and development aspects consideration before it's passed on to the development team,
f) Knowledge of basic search engine optimization techniques and application of a few on the structure of the code, e.g. keywords, clean code, right usage of tables and divs, etc.

4) Should consider these when creating graphics / basic print media designs;

a) Aesthetically and visually appealing,
b) Sense of colors, appeal and selection,
c) Business message / graphic captions and tags with evident placements.

5) Should consider these when creating basic animations on Flash;

a) Aesthetically sound and should merge well with the design,
b) Sense of colors, appeal and selection,
c) Should know Flash enough to be able to work on banners, rotators and be able to do basic animations on Flash


Skills;

Should be versed with;
-Photoshop / Illustrator / other graphic suites
-HTML (with / without DIVS)
-CSS
-Javascript (basic / intermediate will suffice)
-Flash & Scripting (basic / intermediate will suffice)
